SiMAX citation not found #84

Two possible websites we could use: https://simax.media/?lang=en is the official site to use it, download it, etc.

https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/778421 might be more appropriate for an official citation. It is the project site, talking about funding, has a DOI, etc.

I will go with the second one, more in line with an academic work I think, and that webpage does link to the actual tool website as well.
