I will go with the second one, more in line with an academic work I think, and that webpage does link to the actual tool website as well.
doi = {10.3030/778421}, can go in the citation
@misc{SiMAX2020SignLanguage,
title = {{{SiMAX}} - {{The Sign Language Avatar}} {\textbar} {{SiMAX Project}} {\textbar} {{Fact Sheet}} {\textbar} {{H2020}}},
journal = {CORDIS {\textbar} European Commission},
url = {https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/778421},
doi = {10.3030/778421},
urldate = {2024-06-18},
langid = {english}
}
Two possible websites we could use: https://simax.media/?lang=en is the official site to use it, download it, etc.
https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/778421 might be more appropriate for an official citation. It is the project site, talking about funding, has a DOI, etc.
