Create a tool to help answer the question "What has changed between two drafts of the current passage?"
Provide the ability to break a passage up into segments. Each segment would have a name typically based on the verse range for the segment, e.g. "22-24a" means starts more or less at the beginning of verse 22 and goes through the middle of verse 24. The segment name would be displayed as a label in the video.
When a new draft is recorded allowing adjusting the time points at which segments start/end.
Allow playing a segment in either the current draft or the previous draft so that they can be compared.
Question: Would it make any sense to allow playing both drafts at the same time?
