[BUG] Translation text not showing #101

Current Behavior

when signing through the webcam no output is shown in the transaltion window

Expected Behavior

translation window should show what's being signed

same problem when uploading a video it provide the same translation whatever the video uploaded. In the image the sign is "thank you" however, the translation shown is different

The signed-to-spoken pipeline is currently at very early stages of implementation. See status graph in our wiki https://github.com/sign/translate/wiki/Signed-to-Spoken

The majority of the work in this repo has been focused on the other direction, which is almost fully implemented.
