[Feature] Remove SignWriting Visualization by Default #86

Problem

People who work in the space of sign language translation Have reported that they look at the SignWriting, they don't know what that is, and it is just scary.

SignWriting is there since this was meant at first as a translation demonstration, but, as an application, this makes no sense.

Description

The proposal is to remove SignWriting by default. To add a "preferences" tab in the settings, and allow showing it back, along with other technical features.

I no longer agree with them, I feel like it is necessary. It is now hidden on mobile, and visual on desktop.
