NSView isn't understood #16

"Symbiosis needs the cocoa header import moved out of the cocoa #ifdef or else 
NSView isn't understood - either that or the NSView reference needs to go into 
a cocoa #ifdef"

Weird. NSView is defined by #include <Carbon/Carbon.h> on my machine. I wonder 
why it isn't on Tom Erbe's?

Ah, ok. It isn't defined in < 10.5 SDK. But 10.4 SDK is really old-school. You 
can't build 64-bit with it etc. Wonder if I should care about this.
