AUVal doesn't seem to install an auto-release pool #18

Causes quite a number of warnings after validating. Are we 100% certain this is 
a problem with AUVal only? Do other plug-ins generate these warnings too? 
(Perhaps other AUs don't create a new object for each uiViewForAudioUnit? That 
would avoid these warnings.)
