Documentation: "Copy Bundle Resources" should be "Build ResourceManager Resources" #7

Documentation says: ... you
should first make sure that you have a "Copy Bundle Resources" build phase for 
your target.

This was actually for the Symbiosis (pre-built wrappers) project, since it 
should copy the .r file 
rather than compile it.

You should add a "Build ResourceManager Resources" phase for your VST project.
