I'm very sorry for taking so long to respond to this pull request. After merging #37 I was advised to keep all Flock localization on Transifex and then didn't create a Flock Transifex project until earlier today.

Do you happen to have a Transifex account? I would love to get you setup with maintaining a Russian translation. Once more, sorry for letting this go ignored for so long :(

It's ok, don't worry:) I've just created language request on Transifex and will be ready to begin translation later this week.

I just accepted your request, sorry for the delay-- still getting used to the Transifex UI and their notifications are well-hidden
