Sticker bar conflicts witth multitasking gestures

Bug description

Describe here the issue that you are experiencing.

Steps to reproduce

• Enable multitasking gestures (Android 10+) and disable the multitasking bar
• Swipe through sticker packs in the sticker keyboard

Actual result: Swiping left and right will move the app/switch apps and not the sticker bar Expected result: The sticker pack bar should be in a different location and/or be bigger so be able to swipe through sticker packs without triggering multitasking gestures. In Signal for iOS the sticker pack bar is above the keyboard which would be fine.
