Keyboard does not pop up while in sticker search mode when switching back to Signal app

Bug description

Keyboard does not pop up while searching for stickers when switching back to Signal app, which prevents a user from entering any characters into the search bar.

Steps to reproduce

-open Signal -go to any chat -tap on sticker button -tap on search (keyboard pops up, OK) -switch to another app, then switch back to Signal -tap on search bar

Actual result: keyboard does not pop up; thus, unable to enter anything into the search bar Expected result: keyboard pops up so you can type in things into search bar
