When a different App uses the camera during a videocall, the camera input ends

When I open an app using the camera while in a videocall, the app uses the camera, signal stops.

After quitting the camera use by the other app, Signal doesn't restart using the camera.

The person on the other end sees a pixelated picture of me, and it doesn't move.

Solution: Deactivate and activate the camera in the Signal Videocall.
