Opening old group chats causes them to jump to top of conversation list

Bug description

When I open very old group chats, it adds an in-chat notification reading "The group settings were changed to allow all members to send messages" and bumps the group chat to the top of my conversations list.

Steps to reproduce

Have a really old group chat still around in your conversation list (I used one where the last message was 2018).
Find it and tap it to open it.

Actual result:

In the chat, a message appears: "The group settings were changed to allow all members to send messages.
The group chat is now at the top of the conversations list.

Expected result: The group chat should not be at the top of the conversations list. It's mildly annoying that a long-dead group chat is now at the top crowding out active chats.

I haven't figured out yet whether it bumps the chat to the top for the other people in the group, but that would be even more annoying (and awkward!) if it does that.

I found a friend that I share an old group chat with and tried this out. Thankfully, it didn't notify him or push the chat to the top of his conversation list! :relieved:

I have the problem, that I can't leave such old groups. Therefore they are still somewhere around and I can search for them (even if deleted). Is this worth a own issue report?
