Height of message with longer quoting keeps changing while being sent

Bug description

While sending an answer to some longer message, including the original as a quote, the height of reply keeps on getting a bit smaller and a bit bigger one after another until message is sent. In addition to that, last few characters of quoted text also disappear and appear by turns until message is sent. I highlighted the quotation part on screen recording, but the whole messages keep on changing its height as well.

Steps to reproduce

select some longer message from chat
reply to that message and send the reply
look closely at the message height and quoted text

Actual result: Height of a new message with quotation changes constantly before being sent to server and last few letters of quotation appears and disappears until message is delivered to server. Expected result: Height of a new message with quotation and quotation itself should remain the same before sending to server and when it's already on server.
