Search in Emoji picker does not work after transferring accounts

Bug description

After transferring my Signal account to a new Android phone, searching for emojis in the emoji picker no longer works (it just returns no results regardless of what is searched for)

Steps to reproduce

Transfer an existing Signal account on an Android device to a new Android device
Attempt to search for emojis in the emoji picker in both chats and reactions

Actual result: Describe here what happens after you run the steps above (i.e. the buggy behaviour) Nothing shows up. Expected result: Describe here what should happen after you run the steps above (i.e. what would be the correct behaviour) Emojis matching the search term show up in the picker.
