Long SMS Message +160 Char Error (Not Sent) #402

When sending an sms that is longer than one single sms, an error is returned. Single SMS messages (>160 characters) work fine.

Steps to Reproduce:

Running Android 4.3.1 (CyanogenMod) on HTC Sensation XE
