Cannot Send And Receive Pictures (Attachments) In China

Hello, I live in China. Both ios and Mac versions can be connected online "signal" The "message transmission" and "voice transmission" are all very smooth. What makes me incredible is that without a VPN, pictures cannot be sent and received smoothly. After you start the VPN, you can receive and send pictures smoothly.

@EthereumD Thanks for your report. We use Amazon S3 for storing and retrieving pictures (attachments) and it presumably might be blocked or interfered with in China. Can you provide your debug logs View > Debug Log so we can investigate the issue?
