User icon area and emoji picker fonts and emoji are blurry if zoomed

Bug Description

When zoomed out, the text in the area that pops up when the user's own icon is clicked is blurry, as well as all the emoji and icons in the emoji picker. When zoomed in, the user's icon area is also blurry, though the emoji picker is fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Zoom out (Ctrl + -)
2. Click on the user icon or emoji picker.

Actual Result:

Text and emoji are blurry.

Expected Result:

Text and emoji are as clear as they are when the zoom level is default. (Which is not perfectly clear on my systems, since Signal still doesn't obey the system's font hinting, but that's a separate issue.)

Not sure when this was fixed, but I can no longer reproduce the bug in 5.0.0.
