[Feature request] Sticker-creator: Autofill emoji from Sticker-Filename #3963

When adding Stickers, the app should look for Emojis (and keywords) in the filename and autofill the emoji.

This would make creating Stickers for Signal much easier/faster/streamlined since designers have to name the files anyway.
