Signal deb package on PopShop failes to install (common, please fix) #4739

Bug Description

When trying to install Signal on PopOS using its native app store PopShop, Signals .deb version cannot be installed because of this error: Failed to install “Signal” This may be a temporary issue or could have been caused by external or manually compiled software. The package id's '' are not valid

Steps to Reproduce

Try to install (deb) version of Signal thru PopShop on PopOS (Linux)

Expected Result: Should install itself
