Search issue: Names including acute accents won't be found when searching them without acute accents

Bug Description

When searching a name including acute accents, e.g. "László", in the search bar in the left upper hand by omitting acute accents, e.g. "Laszlo", the contact won't be found. It would be very handy to be able to search the contacts by omitting acute accents. It is just an issue on Signal Desktop. I don't experience it on Signal Android.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a contact whose name includes acute accents, e.g. "László"
2. Search it in the search bar in the left upper hand just by omitting acute accents, e.g. "Laszlo"

Actual Result: The result list does not include the contact with the acute accents

Expected Result: The result list does include the contact with the acute accents
