Can not delete group announcements #5712

Bug Description

You can't delete a server announcement when on Desktop (such as the one below in the screen section), as right-clicking does not display the action menu drop-down, whereas doing this does on other platforms.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Change group info
  2. Right-click announcement sent in chat

Actual Result:

No drop-down is shown so you can not delete it.

Expected Result:

A drop-down would show up and enable the user to delete the announcement.

As a temporary workaround, you can navigate to that message using the keyboard and use Ctrl+Shift+D to delete that item.
