Calling Device Select is Light Mode

Bug Description

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a call from the signal desktop app in dark mode
2. Click the settings button to change your input video, microphone, or speakers
3. The select boxes to change those inputs are light theme

Actual Result: The select boxes for video, microphone, and speaker input are themed as light mode when changing them from desktop call settings. These sames selects are dark mode when viewings them from call settings.

Expected Result: The select boxes should show up as dark theme when the signal app is in dark theme.
