Sticker Creator File Size #5787

I want to add a sticker collection with apng or webp files under 1MB and above 300kb. I can't compress them further without bad quality. How can i add them?

I am having same problem. I think this is one of the reasons (although it is a nonsense reason for me) of why people have trouble migrating to Signal. They need better and funnier stickers! And that is sadly not possible with the only-APNG max-300kb max-3sec constraints.
