We use information from the sender's device to determine how to name a given image. Can you tell us what device sent that to you and how? Was it iOS or Android? From the filesystem, copy/paste, or the share flow in another app?
The image was sent from Android (Huawei mate 10 pro, Android 10) to the Windows 10 device (using Signal Desktop, ofc). The photos was taken using the camera app, not the Signal camera.
Tell me if you need something else :)
On the Android device, how exactly was the image sent? Shared from the Photos app, taken in-app, or pulled into the app from the Signal gallery view?
Pulled into the app from the Signal gallery view.

@scottnonnenberg-signal I know this is probably low priority, but the bot activity make me worried that this might be lost to the void.
@phenix-factory sorry about that. Added tags to keep the bot away.
@indutny-signal Thank you :)
[x] I am using Signal-Desktop as provided by the Signal team, not a 3rd-party package.
