"Day by Day" official sticker pack is not considered "blessed" #5895

Bug Description

Day by Day is not marked as "blessed" in Signal Desktop (i.e. it isn't in the list below), whereas for example in Signal iOS it is:

Steps to Reproduce

This can also be seen in the sticker manager. For example:

Install the pack using the iOS or Android primary device from the sticker manager's "Signal Artist Series" section.

Actual Result: On Desktop, the pack isn't marked as official. Expected Result: It should be marked as official.
