Bug Description

The login screen is not adapted to the dark theme.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Signal Desktop
2. Open Signal Desktop

Actual Result: the login screen is not adapted to the dark theme.

Expected Result: the login screen is adapted to the dark theme.

Copying important context from the discussion on PR #6348: the QR code library used on Signal Android can't scan the code without a large amount of white padding. We won't be making a change here until we can be sure that the wide variety of Android devices out there will still be able to scan it.
