Scrolling in sticker panels does not work

• [X] I am using Signal-Desktop as provided by the Signal team, not a 3rd-party package.

Overall summary

There are arrow keys but the scrolling doesn't work there. Neither horizontal nor vertical.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open stickers panel
2. Install more stickers than the box can display at once (see image below)
3. Try to scroll the panel

Expected result

You should be able to scroll the panel, not just the list of stickers above

Actual result

Can't scroll the panel. Have to click on the < and > to get to other sticker packs

What really? But why? How .... what!? How is not letting one scroll a feature? So I have to keep clicking it to get to others? Wow okay. Hmm interesting choice, to say the least.
