Current latest signal-desktop app available for linux is too old and It needs to be updated in the repo.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install signal on Ubuntu 24.04 - follow the url provided by signal team https://signal.org/download/
2. Check that this version of Signal Desktop is 7.0.0 (where the newest is 7.11.0)

Expected result

Version should be the newest latest and the red information about expired version shouldn't be visible.

Actual result

The expired version is available

Hm, I just tried a fresh install on Ubuntu and got the 7.11.1 version of Signal. Could something else be going on? Could you try upgrading the package with apt?

Hm, seemsl ike some old url's have been changed and it couldn't get refreshed. I have rerun all the steps and get the newest version!
