User profile picture is scalling incorrectly - only in height

Steps to reproduce

Go to any chat with profile picture set
Open conversation details and click on profile picture
Change window size - in this example window height
Observe

Expected result

Image should be correctly scaled in width and height

Actual result

Image is scaled in width only
