Changed minimum version to 7.22.0 as the reproductible-builds directory does not exists prior to this version.

Thank you for the PR! I think it's a good idea, and you're correct that we only recently introduced reproducible builds in 7.22.

We've merged it internally, and it will be available with next week's releases. Thanks!
