If you see the attached screenshot from Linux Signal Messenger update; it states Signal needs additional permissions from the system.

I've read the Changelog but nothing appears to fit this. Please can you share what these additional system permissions are?

Steps to reproduce

Update Signal from 7.24 to 7.28 on Linux device.

Expected result

knowledge of new permissions for Signal messenger

unknown new permissions required
