Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/network:im:signal/signal-desktop
2. On the right, we see under Build Results that Fedora_41 and Fedora_Rawhide builds are broken and unresolvable.

Expected result

They should say succeeded as it does for Fedora_40.

Actual result

According to the ? icon, the notification for Fedora_41 is
