Bug description

Censorship Circumvention Does Not Work In IRAN.

Steps to reproduce

• User opens the ios app from Iran
• User enables censorship circumvention feature by selecting a country from the list
• try to send a message or create a group

Actual result: User gets error : Invalid response from server

Expected result: User should be able to use censorship circumvention feature and send and receive message from Iran.
