Inconsistencies for URls; some are clickable others are not

Bug description

When I type example.nl, Signal turns it (as intended) into a clickable URL.

Not so much for some other attempts, like: fryslan.frl or https://i❤.ws (https://xn--i-7iq.ws/) or https://аррӏе.com (https://xn--80ak6aa92e.com/).

It's confusing now.

This seems related to https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Desktop/issues/4538 albeit that the issue is not limited to the Desktop app, but also occurs in the iPhone app (Android untested, but could be there as well). Also IDN's (xn-- domains) are not covered.

Steps to reproduce

Type several domains and URLs

Actual result: Some are changed into a clickable URL, some are not.

Expected result: All valid URLs should change into a clickable URL (or none for that matter, as long as the behaviour is consistent).
