Bug description

Accidentally deleted signal on my phone, but when I tried to log in again it says "Please try again after some time" and waited the 5 mins countdown, but after 5 mins I tried to log in it still shows the "Please try again after some time" and the 5 mins countdown so after encountering this 3 times, I tried waiting for another hour but it still shows the same thing. How do I fix this?
