Impossible to register a new account on iPhone with Lockdown mode enabled.

Bug description

WIth lockdown mode enabled, I get endless captcha cycle after submitting a phone number for registration.

Previously, I have solved like 10 captchas successfully, before I was moved back to the main screen of Signal with a message that I've tried too many times and have to wait for 5 minutes (in reality, it blocks me for 24 hours or close to it).

Then I disabled lockdown mode, re-installed Signal and tried again with another phone number. After one solved captcha, I was moved to another screen with sms-code request.

Also, I've registered successfully using another iPhone with different phone number, which had the same problems several days ago (when lockdown mode was enabled).

My first phone number is currently in block, so I'll be able to re-check it in one day.

UPD.

I was able to register a new account using the first phone number (which was banned for a day). Lockdown mode was disabled.

Steps to reproduce

• Enable Lockdown mode
• Download Signal
• Try to register an account

Actual result: Endless captcha cycle.

Expected result: After one or several solved captchas I'll be moved to another application menu with an sms-code request.
