Photo album picker presents from corner when using Split View

Bug description

When opening the photo album picker from the main photo picker, the first presentation will be from the bottom trailing corner instead of being centered.

Steps to reproduce

• Open the app in Split View on an iPad
• Press the plus button next to a message field
• Open the full-screen photo picker
• Tap the album name in the title bar

Actual result: The collection picker presents from the bottom trailing corner. Subsequent taps present it centered.

Expected result: The collection picker presents centered from the bottom, as it does with subsequent presentations.
