Unable to hear more than one vocal notes

Bug description

My son often sends my several vocal notes at once. But sometimes, I can't hear anything. I didn't find any clear reproduction scenario except to try to hear the vocal notes. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

When I can't hear the note, I close Signal, start it again, and then, it works. Pretty strange.

Steps to reproduce

Didn't find any clear reproduction scenario.

Actual result: The vocal note seems to be played, I can see the progress bar changes, but no sound is output at all.

Expected result: Being able to always play vocal notes would be great.
