Signal iOS client cannot use IP address as proxy #5646

When I try to use IP address as Signal Proxy in Signal IOS client, it failed. But when I use the IP address as Signal Proxy in Signal Android client, it can work.

Signal iOS version tested: 6.35.0.9

Seems not bug of Signal iOS. Signal iOS may check the certificate, with IP only it is not possible to check the certificate.
