acknowledgement of missed calls is not synced via Clients

Bug description

When you receive a call and miss it you see a notification in chat.

When you click on the Message the missed call is read - as intended

But this does not sync to other IOS / Destop Client devices - missed calls still show as unread and you have to acknowledge these seperate.

Steps to reproduce

receive a call on Signal and miss it
"read" the missed call
check on a other linked device - e.g. Desktop

Actual result: Linked Device will show missed call as unread

Expected result: Linked Device should not show call as unread - since read on other Device

Even tho not as high of a priority - this is still not fixed in Signal IOS v. 7.14 (140)
