Bug description
When sharing a website on Safari through share extension, the chat the message is sent to does not order correctly. However, it does not happen consistently.
Steps to reproduce
open a page on Safari
click on the share icon at the bottom
share the page to someone on Signal
open the Signal app
Actual result: The chats should be ordered DESC by time the latest message was sent.
Expected result: The chats are not correctly ordered.
