[iPadOS] Sharing a link to a chat with unread messages won't send the shared link

Bug description

Shared a link to a group with an unread message. The link did not appear in the chat. After I read the message and reshared the link, kt worked

Steps to reproduce

• have unread message in (group?) chat
• share link
• check the chat for the link

Actual result: Nothing was shared

Expected result: Shared link should appear after the unread message

iOS version: 17.1.1
