New call starts as muted after having ended it due to a different call in a different app

Bug description

When you receive a call from someone on another app while being on a call on Signal, and pick "hang up and accept call", Signal will afterwards start new call as muted (without visually showing that the call is muted.)

Steps to reproduce

• be on a voicecall on Signal
• receive a call from a different app (in this case KakaoTalk)
• choose "Hang up and accept call" to end Signal call and accept other app's call
• finish call on other app
• open Signal and call the person I hung up on

Actual result: I will be muted while the mute button is not activated/shows unmuted. I have to click it to "mute" (which does nothing) and unmute to not be muted anymore.

Expected result: The new call should not start as muted in the first place, I do not understand why Signal would remember the state of 'muted' upon starting a new call, and don't think it should do so.
