Push Notifications not delivered in real time

Bug description

Suddenly after yesterday's update to ver 6.58 my notifications are no longer delivered immediately, but with like 12hr delay. Tried the "re-register push notifications" in the app settings, but still not getting my notifications immediately. I have to constantly open the app to get new messages.

Steps to reproduce

• lock your phone
• ask your friend/family to send you a message
• no notification is delivered
• open the signal app
• new message suddenly appears

Actual result: Notifications are not delivered in real time

Expected result: Notifications are delivered in real time
