Bug description

Since a few days, sending out a message gets stuck on the "loading" indicator.

I'm located in the UAE, maybe they introduced some new traffic filter?

I always keep "Censorship Circumvention", but didn't seem to work anyways.

Steps to reproduce

Be located in UAE
Open the app
Write and send a message
Check the status indicator

Actual result: Status indicator keeps loading forever

Expected result: Status indicator should turn into "sent"
