I'm not sure why a decision to has been made to bump the Minimum Deployments target to 14.0 in the App Store (Australia), and Signal no long works on my iPhone running iOS13.4, as it has expired.
I have not been updating iOS on my phone and will not be updating it any time soon. Thus, the bump in the minimum deployments target is, sadly, a game breaker for me. Perhaps others, who are also 1st person privacy conscious as opposed to 3rd person privacy conscious, may also have this problem now.
Hopefully this was a non-essential bump and can be reverted somehow. If not, so long and thanks for the fish.
