View Once medias can be saved using screen recording on iOS #5843

Bug description

When an user sends a view once video media to another user , the user can turn on iOS screen recording to save the view once media in their gallery

Steps to reproduce

after receiving the view once media turn on iOS screen recording in device
open the view once video media
keep recording till the duration of the media
stop the recording
The view once media is now saved in the user's gallery

Actual result: The view once media can be saved using in device screen capture methods

Expected result: The view once media shouldn't be seen while using any of the in device screen capture method

Device info

Device: iPhone 15 Pro

iOS version: 17.5.1

Signal version: 7.19.1
