Bug description

Swiping back sometimes causes the chat you swiped from to be highlighted with a grey background

Steps to reproduce

Open Signal
Observe that you are on the all chats list
Tap a group chat
Write a message
Send the message
Swipe up to close Signal
Put your phone down
Go for a walk
Come home, realise you want to Signal message your friend
Pick up your phone
Open Signal, observe that you are returned to the group chat
Swipe left to go back to all chats
Observe that there's a grey background stuck on the chat you swiped out of
Get a bit frustrated

Actual result: Grey background on the chat you swiped away from (almost like it's selected)

Expected result: All chats have white backgrounds

This appears to be intermittent. Seems to be triggered when the device has been idle a little before re-opening Signal to send a new message.

Device: iPhone 15 Pro Max

iOS version: 17.6.1

Signal version: 7.26 (301)

I have got this behaviour too. I'm using an iPhone 13 with iOS 18 DB 8 and Signal version 7.26 (301). Will also upload a debug log when it occurs the next time.
