Notifications don't respect "do not disturb" mode in iOS #960

Hey,

As I'm currently experiencing, it seems that the signal iOS app does not respect the "do not disturb" mode which you can enable in iOS now. Notifications still vibrate which shouldn't be the case of mode is enabled.

Hm can't confirm this now anymore. Weird, but closing it for now therefore.
