Windows application #109

Please, add an option to windows Signal to allow application can be minimized to system tray by pressing [ X ] or [ _ ].

Now it just closing.

This project is just the E2E protocol library, which is used as a component of applications that implement the Signal Protocol. It is not a Windows application.
